the location was perfect , just a 10, minute walk from the beach and a 20, minute taxi ride to San Lewis. the rooms were spacious, clean, and had breathtaking views of the island. the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. We loved the pool and all the facilities in the hotel!
We did notice that some of the facilities were a bit outdated.

The Air Conditioning worked well. I have stayed on San Andres 2 times prior and both hotels had poor or inferior a/C. Overall the staff and stay was very good. They did offer and open bar (free) from 11 am to 11pm. Great amenity. The drink selection is very limited but for free! - great.
The Lobby/reception was not air conditioned (Should be) and is poorly marked. I did not like the arm bands. I understand the reasons but something less annoying should be explored. Laundry service was not up to promise. Did not iron and was not delivered when promised (Next day vs. That afternoon).

There was nearby Pollos kikiriki to grab something to eat. Just a short distance to Cotton Cay...

Conveniently located near Rocky Cay, and a nice added touch was the nearby Jeno's Pizza where you could grab a cup of tea or coffee ☕.

The hotel's location is great, with a nice swimming pool and relaxing areas. The Air Conditioning worked well and the staff was friendly. The open bar from 11 am to 11 pm was a great amenity, even though the drink selection was limited.
All good.

The pool area was nice to relax in and catch some sun. The location was great for exploring the nearby sites and attractions.
The check-in process was a nightmare with long wait times and unhelpful staff. The room itself was disappointing, with dirty and outdated facilities. Avoid this hotel if you’re looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.
